On Saturday, January 7th, Health Coaches from around the country are hosting ELEVATE NOW with the goal of spreading health and happiness throughout each community. This is an exciting opportunity and I am honored to bring this experience to Providence, UT!
My motivation for hosting this event is a quote that I am eager to share with you...
“When you have your health, you have 1,000 dreams, and when you don’t you have one.”
Our health should be our greatest asset, but many people feel lost and out of control because there are so many beliefs, programs, diets, fads, etc. and the results are usually unsustainable.
The key to your success is making healthy choices part of your daily habits and eventually turning this into a lifestyle.
